1. Collection of personal information

We collect names, company names, email addresses, optional telephone numbers and enquiry details as needed to respond to enquiries, prepare product quotations, receive recruitment applications and conduct related business. Product enquiries also include product information, required quantities and optional delivery or specification requirements. Recruitment applications also include names in katakana, the position applied for and application details.

Forms also process the submission language and consent to the handling of personal information. This website does not offer CV or document uploads, account registration or payment functions. Please do not submit patient records or other sensitive personal information.

2. Purposes of use

We principally use personal information for the following purposes.

• Responding to enquiries and making necessary contact
• Providing product information and quotations, confirming terms and discussing business
• Communicating with business partners, fulfilling contracts and performing related work
• Receiving recruitment applications, conducting selection, arranging interviews and communicating results
• Operating the website securely, preventing misuse and addressing necessary technical issues
• Meeting legal obligations

Recruitment information is used for selection and necessary communications and is not automatically reused to market products or services. Where use beyond these purposes is necessary, we obtain consent or take other required steps, except where permitted by law.

3. Security measures

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, loss and damage. Website forms use HTTPS, server-side input validation and submission limits. Submission contents held for processing are encrypted.

Submission contents, recipient settings and encryption keys are not included in public pages. Routine application error logs do not record submission contents. Recruitment and business enquiry notifications and processing are kept distinct and handled within the scope needed for the relevant work.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, except where permitted by law.

5. Service providers

We may entrust personal data handling to service providers for system operation, server management and related work within the scope needed to fulfil the purposes of use. We select and supervise such providers appropriately.

Where personal data is provided to a third party outside Japan or similar arrangements apply, we provide required information, obtain consent and take other steps required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for its purposes and applicable legal requirements, and appropriately delete or dispose of information that is no longer needed.

Form submission contents held for processing are deleted after successful handover to the mail delivery system. Unprocessed business and product enquiry contents are deleted by scheduled processing within a maximum retention period of 30 days from receipt; recruitment contents have a maximum period of 90 days.

Processing records whose contents have been deleted are removed by scheduled processing once 7 days have elapsed from receipt. Unprocessed records follow the content retention period. Emails received by staff are managed separately for the period needed to handle the enquiry or selection process and meet legal requirements.

7. Cookies and access information

Our current website frontend code does not use cookies, advertising tags, analytics tools or external embedded services. Fonts and product images are served from this website.

The web server may record IP addresses, access times, requested resources and browser information for operation, troubleshooting and protection against unauthorised access. Form abuse prevention uses hashes derived from connection-source information, receipt times and processing status.

8. Requests concerning personal data

Please contact the office below to request notification of purposes of use, access, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or third-party disclosure, or access to third-party disclosure records concerning personal data we hold.

Please identify the information concerned, the action requested and a contact method. We will explain identity verification and other procedural steps and respond in accordance with law. Do not include identity documents or sensitive information in your initial enquiry.
